Not only will they eat a corn, they will eat a clutch mate. It's best to separate them. If you can't keep them separate, feed them separate. If you return them to a community box after feeding, check on them during the 30-45 minutes after feeding. It's during that time that they are most likely to attack and eat a clutchmate.
