a $100 permit will mean that people who have them...really want them and know what they are doing so we don't have 1000's each year showing up at shelters...like cats and dogs. I agree with the giving away thing...Although Fish and game had a donation day in Miami recently. I know for a fact that many of those animals ended up with large dealers...but at least they where not killed or released.
