hatchlijng deformity

onw of our babies hatche with deformities.....2 kinks...one is bout 2 to 3 inches from the tail and one is very close to the vent...he is still active and exploring his box...but what is the are the odds it will survive?...I want to give him a chance and I don't want to cull
