not all deformities are genetic. for instance, i have a male with 2 kinks. it happened because an egg touching his was rotting badly and it was not just a dud but a rotting meat smell with very aggressive mold, and i stupidly pulled the two eggs apart two thirds through the 60 day cycle. hence, i broke his spine.



hungriest, most active snake i own. but i do exercise him regularly to help him pass his solid wastes. i just throw him in the shower stall and let him get the movement that his cramped quarters do not fully allow him, and all is ok.



might you have done something to cause this? if you are not sure, best not to breed him.
