I was holding my 14 month old normal today while I was sitting on my couch. As she was wrapped around my hand, I looked away at something on the computer and she saw a large pair of scissors on the top of one of my cushions. She then started to crawl into the lager part of the handle. I did what I could to stop her after I noticed what was happening, but she seemed pretty stuck in there. About 10 inches past her head.

I Kept the scissors from twisting too much and tried running her under water to see if they would slide off of her (I didn't pull them). However, I couldn't get them to budge. I took her to a family friend who happens to be one of the best vets in the state.

I was definitely freaking out at this point. As I was waiting in line, she decided to pee all over my arm and hands. This was kicking a dead horse at this point. From that point I started to walk over to the waiting area, and low and behold, Ms. Ronnie decides to loosen up and just slither back out as if nothing had ever happened.

I had the vet check her for any injuries and just her general health because we made the trip. She was fine. The vet also let me know that what I had been assuming was a he (I've never had a female animal) was actually a SHE. Nice.

I would love to show you a picture, but I have no idea how to upload them.

Let me know your feelings.

Jake P.
