I've been interested in a western hognose for a while now since I've seen a pair of albinos and a normal male at a local breeder's shop. The breeder finally has one available and purchase is pending until he gets a couple of strong pinky feedings into it.

My question is, how hardy are they compared to ball pythons and cornsnakes? I own both and feel comfortable with their care. I've researched western hognoses extensively, but do not have experience with hatchlings (my snakes were bought as yearlings).
