Contact the breeder that sold you the snake. Find out what it was being fed and how.
Also, did you give it time to settle in?
If you have been handling it daily, stop.
Leave it alone for a couple of days.
Provide water only.
Then try again this weekend and feed the same size and type of feeder the breeder was feeding and the same way.
