I have 1.1 Broadbands. They use to vibrate there tail and strike but have settled down. Do you have a hide for him? Is the temperature too high? I had a Blacktail Rattlesnake that was really agro. Kept the cage covered and tried not to disturb him too much .He settled down after a few months
