Oh no, I know you have tons of time working with hots. But judging from the photo and my years working with water cobras (including the one holding) using a old time snake hook on a big heaving bodies water cobra is illadvised due to them having massive bodies and needing water to support them, using a snake hook like that could break ribs. The snake you are holding is puppt tame and has always been free handed Bud and myself.

Sorry if if I sounded like I was puting you down, I was only commenting on the photo.
