I seem to recall a year or two back hearing about rattlesnake census work that would take place in the Spring in eastern Kansas.

I was wondering if there were any programs that needed volunteers to help lug equipment etc. and tag along? (KU seems to ring a bell)

I'm 38, pretty fit and a mathematician by profession that just likes snakes and biology and has no interest in doing anything (like handling) other than tagging along carrying and watching.

If anyone has any contact info on this or advice let me know.

Thankyou.
