Doug,

Have you seen a rack built around the Cambro storage boxes? The Cambros are clear polycarbonate and make an excellent compromose between the advantages of a rack and the display features of a tank.

They are expensive but there are some online sources that are cheaper than others.

I also really like the 9" tall size for better viewing but you can get them in 3" and 6" tall as well.

I plan to build a rack around these boxes at some point for NA Milksnakes. I only have a subadult pair of Pale Milksnakes right now so I'm not in a huge hurry.

I plan to build the rack so the 26" x 18" box can slide in widthwise. That will also allow two of the 12" x 18" boxes to slide in length wise. So either one large or two half-sized boxes per level.

I will try to find a picture of a Cambro box rack later this morning.
