as i was setting i noticed what looked like a worm but after looking closer i found a snake. this i have never seen well this tiny anyway. i need help in what type it is.

new born i would say about 2 1/2" to 3" in length
diameter is smaller than a #2 pencil lead
colors are black with some brown patches on under body
also under side of head is white or gray also tail.
