Be cautious. I had an Lgg eat its mate, they were about the same size. if possible, I'd remove him and put them together again periodically for only short periods of time, until BOTH are ready. Stick around til they separate, and remove him. Repeat at 3 or 4 day intervals for 3 or 4 times.
