Well that snake looks like a Laveder albino to me!

However i do see what you mean about "dark eyes"...

I'm at a loss... looks 100% lav! try shinning a light (flash light) in the eyes at different angles.

Last thing i can think, get a Lavender from another breeder and do a test breeding.

Red eyes on some snakes are harder to spot:
