Really? In all honesty I bought the pair for the other one...LOL! It was either one for $25 or both for $40, so I took the pair.

Honestly, I've been curious about the cohabiting aspect ever since Frank has been talking about how raising the snake together will allow for successful cohabitation of adults...........most of us laugh at the thought of trying to cohabit, but I feel it's kind of ignorant to outright dismiss something if I have no personal experience with it.

I've been keeping kings separate for awhile now..... getula, calligaster and mexicana. I'd like to say I've done a good job............no breeding, but then again, I've never attempted to breed as I'm not a fan of myself making hybrids or crosses with any of the ssp I currently have.

This will in fact be my first 1.1 pair of the same subspecies and I WOULD like to try my hand at breeding them down the road (they are unrelated to). When I first joined these forums all I ever saw were threads about FR talking about cohabiting and how it is extremely effective with snakes raised together..........I have a pair and am willing to see if I can achieve anything close to the same success that he apparently has had.

I still don't know for sure if I will try putting them together........but I'd like the information there in case I do.
