I have a gravid female as we speak. I intially had 2 males that died after being in my care for about 2 months. They didn't show the symptons you described, they were just poor feeder's.
I have an adult pair now.
I beleive they are an insular form of albolabris, scalation is exact as far as I can tell.
Maybe Dr. Wuster will chime in.
