Sexual maturity is usually size-related, but age does eventually become a factor. Typical breeding size is 9ft for females and 8ft for males. Usually, aprox. 2 years old.
Your female may or may not have any reproductive problems due to her size and/or age. Her age, to me, would be the most positive point of the two. An area of concern would be egg-binding due to her size and the size of the eggs. Nature usually has a way of protecting the un-ready by not letting them become gravid in the first place. However, that's not always the case. That's a call that you'll have to make because I wouldn't want any mishaps on my shoulders.
Female Burmese are typically more stout than males. I'm not surprised at her size at that age. I've got a male I'm taking care of for someone that's nearly 5 yrs old and 5ft long. While I prefer a slower growth rate than most others, I think your female, and the male I'm taking care of, are a tad too undersized.
Have a good one!
