When do I upgrade my snakes tank size?

I have a baby cal king in a 10 gallon (20in L, 10in W, 12in H.) She's about 21ish inches. I know I can keep her in there for a long time, but I'm about to get some money and won't have enough for a bigger tank in a long time. Thanks in advance.
