It was about a two to three month old kitten upon arriving. Yes the snakes were active and searching for a week or two, then they got used to it. The main thing I was concerned with was the fact that the kitten would climb all over everthing. Most of our snakes are in screen top enclosures for the time being. My main concern was the eight foot female burmese lunging up and tearing through the screen to get at the kitten, but it never happend. Since then I have built one cage on my own and am planning to build for the rest of our snakes. We have seventeen total, so it's going to take some time. The kitten made it back to my wife's son's girlfriend unscathed. I feel like it was mainly luck and a lazy well fed snake. What kind of burms do you breed? We are raising a four foot granite het albino a four foot granite albino and the eight foot normal albino, among the other various pythons and boas. | ||
