Oh, I know it's helpful, all we do is relocate them to a bit further out in the woods whenever they get too far into the house. We're in southern Kentucky, around the Scottsville/Bowling Green area.

I thought it was probably some sort of ratsnake or racer, but i was wondering about exactly which one if possible. He wasn't aggressive at all, but when I picked him up a lo of saliva/water/venom(?) came out of his mouth. He was probably a good 3 1/2 to 4 feet long.
