Do you think that the vermiculite is absorbing the water from the humid air and transferring whatever moisture to the eggs in lower doses or do you think that the eggs are just absorbing whatever moisture is needed from the air itself? I wonder how well this method would work for another type of medium that wouldn't absorb moisture like calci-sand or something similiar. Please keep us posted on your results. [ Hide Replies ]
