This is the first Western hognose morph that was ever proven. Though the bloodline has had its issues, I never get tired of looking at a nice pink pastel. It is very unfortunate that the second wild-collected pink pastel line never was able to get off the ground. It would have been nice to cross the lines had they been compatible. They were found less than 15 miles from one another a few years apart.
