Wow! Is the color correct on that one? It seriously looks a lot like a Snow being that light colored. Totally different than my pair of Pink Pastels:

(Male on left, Female on right)


That's also an interesting history lesson as I did not know that PPA's were the first Western Hognose morph produced in captivity. Was it Richard Evans that found the original WC specimens or did he buy them off of someone who found them? What exactly are the problems with the line? I know it's been said that the reason there are not too many is because they tend to have problems, but what kind of problems specifically?

I bred my male to 2 normal females this year as my female has been a very picky eater and thus a slow growing snake. But at least now I have 2 new blood lines of 8.7 100% hets that I'll probably keep the majority of just to work with. I'm just happy that my male PPA is now a proven breeder.
