Concan, TX snake ID

Can anyone ID this snake? I saw it last weekend in Concan, TX (about 80 miles west of San Antonio, TX) when I was visiting the Mexican free-tailed bats at Frio Cave. I watched him capture and devour two bats during the two hours I was there (one of them he caught as it flew by). He was thin, whip-like, and maybe 2-3 feet long (and very, very fast).
