Snakes don't usually regurge just because a meal was too big. If they do it happens quickly, not 4 days later. I have fed some pretty big prey and I have never seen a regurge just from the size of the prey alone. However the bigger the prey the more perfect the environment has to be to get it digested. What are your hot side temps like?

I would wait two-ish days and feed a pinky. If he keeps it down it was probably just a fluke thing. If not, then you need to reassess what is going on.
