I'm posting this here because I think alot of ball python people use Helix's and it's probably the most active forum.

I'm in the process of incubating some high end eggs and my helix is showing an Error when I push the button to change the temp (to see what I have it set at). It flashes EE and then E3 then the temp. I have lost the manual so I have no idea what it could mean. It's to late to contact Helix inorder to find out what the problem is. If anyone has a helix and could help me out (manual?) that would be great! Other then that I think it's still working great?

Thanks in advance,

John Light
