Are they blisters? If so, this condition could be caused by keeping the snake too damp/warm. If they are blisters, decrease the moisture content in your cage. keep it fairly dry and clean. Provide the animal with a water dish it can get into if it wants. No other moisture. the blisters should clear up within a few sheds.
