thanks. already have her in a clean bin, w/ damp papertowel, hide and water bowl. she won't go in the water. lol she just curls up and tries to get away. we just put some bacitracin on her. we'll do that for three days and see what happens. we were advised to apply it by the fellow we bought her from.
