My niece wanted hot wheels for her birthday so I got her some of those that change color. I don't know how much time I wasted dropping those things in boiling water and then cold water trying to get them to change. My brother finally got them to change by putting them in the freezer. You didn't need warm water to change them back, all you had to do was touch them. Maybe they are meant to be played with in the snow lol.
