Posted by: Coach at Wed Jan 27 21:21:57 2010 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Coach ] This federal attack on snake keepers has crossed the line. There is no place other than the everglades in this country that is having a problem with ferrel snakes. The problem is entirely a Florida State problem and the rest of the nation should not have to suffer for it. On top of this, Florida has a lot of other ferrel animals that have never been addressed . I have lived in Ft Lauderdale and have seen flocks of parrots, wild troops of monkeys, and wild pigs everywhere in the state. I can't tell you how many oscars I have caught while fishing for bass in the everglades. I could not even begin to tell you about the non-native vegetation. Ferrel dogs and cats are a national problem but nobody wants to talk about that ! [ Hide Replies ]
