In other words it was "peer reviewed" ONLY from within the the author's own agency and NOT sent to other outside experts to be perused and approved. This is the worst type of so called "peer reviewed" papers because they often are slanted and biased according to the author's agenda which as we know was the case wih the "Python testimony"... | ||
