I'm moving my Boa into an AP Cage he is currently in a sweater box.

The cage is 4x2. I have belly heat like 24x11 and I also have an 8 inch screen cut in the top of the cage. Its in pieces now.

I want to put the belly heat on the proper end of the cage.

The cage has the screen cutout for my lamp. So i'm going to have the lamp and the belly heat hooked to a Helix DBS 1000 to control the temps.

The bottom of the cage has a slot on both sides for the probe from the helix, so I can place the heat on either end.

I just would like to know what is reccommended for the placement of the sky light/lamp cutout in relation to the belly heat.

Should the sky light be on the same side as the belly heat or should they be on opposite ends? Lastly what temp setting on the Helix would you reccommend?
