Im 6'3 250lbs and truthfully, there have been times where I had trouble moving my 8 foot 30 pounder. Even some of the solid seven footers can be challenging at times. If size is a consideration, stick with a male if you can. Some Central Americans stay smaller or even an arabasque. Best of luck. Mike Panichi
