Swelling after the vent (Pics)

I took my sunglow out from with my albino female tonight and noticed that behind his vent it looks swollen and is kinda hard. he's in shed at the moment. I haven't seen him courting or copulating with the female recently so I'm not sure what it is, do any of you have any ideas? Imma try to get a hold of my vet to get his opinion on it and take him in if he feels necessary which i probably will anyways.
