I actually just sold a few high end animals and am buying one this week. So, this law is not stoping me(and others)now. Of course it wont stop me later. As I will buy whatever animal I like or need. I must say tho, Im not looking for new projects because lack of space and time. But I will continue to breed my current projects and sell and trade the high end animals I produce.
