Bob, if I had to quess it was probably a breeder just trying to differentiate his okees from everyone elses. Maybe the line was produced by crossing well known great lines together, or was line bred using great bloodlines to produce consistently nice okees in the breeders opinion. I am not aware of a verifiable "super" Okeetee morph like the "extreme" hypo honduran milks or "High expression pied" blood corns out there.
