I have North Florida easterns from a couple different localities I'm hoping to breed this year. As far as I know there aren't too many other people working with them.
Well, there are intergrades, and there are "pure" easterns in North Florida. The intergrades are actually harder to find. These would probably be considered pure easterns. That snake does have some faint speckling you can see in the picture, but its really not that unusual for easterns to have some speckling.
This one I found in the same location also has a little bit of speckling:
