That snake is NOT lavender it's a "Jelly" and i'd bet It's a Male:



Looks exactly like my 1st generation "Jelly" male







The problem i as see it, people don't take the time to know the morph... with the "Jelly" i get different looking animals based on which two adults i paired together. I get different looking "Jellies" using the same pair whether it's a 2x clutch or a different year.



at 1st i thought they's all just look alike but that's changing. Males and females look different, but with genetic cross over that's changing as well. When i got into PB males were light females were dark... I've hatched out a few DARK males and lighter than "normal" females. Additionally as they mature "Jellies" change dramatically!



My point here is if you're gonna work with a morph, get to know it better... you could have sold that snake as a lavender het "jelly" then the buyer would be pissed years later to find out all it's only a "Jelly"
