I'm glad to see he went to someone who appreciates him!

He came from a clutch that was laid during the same season the female was captured, so he may be a fully wild-bred snake. My male did copulate with her before she produced a clutch, but that doesn't mean he fertilized it. I had 2 other WC females from the canefields that same season that produced clutches that were obviously fertilized in the wild, even though they copulated with a different male in captivity.
