You should be thrilled. The snake arrived healthy and fine (heat packs aren't needed 99% of the time, and I told you I wouldn't be using one)



I'm out of snake bags. I've shipped in shirts like that before.... and don't try to tell me it wasn't secure because we both know it was.



Please tell me you're not satisfied and send her back.



Please.



For $500 (and I paid the shipping) you should be singing my praises... not complaining about nonsense.
