Matt, not to necessarily disagree, but "hormonal" female chondros are just how people describe the lack of xanthum in the skin during breeding season. It doesn't prove it is a hormonal condition. For all we know it's a vitamin or mineral deficiency due to egg production and may have nothing to do with hormones. Again, not saying it isn't true, but we can't really "prove" it is either.
