One of my longest term projects of annectens total outcrossing came to fruition this year, The aim was to create snows from brand new bloodlines inc. my hi red albino genetics.

6 years in the making!!
Results:
1.1 snow
3.1 albino hets

Snow.

Results are quite remarkable, especially within the albino het snow siblings.
Its time for me to start defining all these seperate phenos away from the easy route e.g. opting for the over used term 'Applegate'.

For me personally this description is now all but obsolete and I now use the term applegate influence where neccs and more in reference to a certain phenotype.

I'd love to hear you guys thoughts on the as I seriously consider the members of this board among my peers.

Yellow Albino het Snow, nice yellow overall and the distinct Yellow head

Double albino het snow, some hi red influence pheno wise.

This one is ringer for the double albino I hatched a few seasons back and she has a nice lavender hue now mature.

For me this one has more of the purple blotch influence than its siblings, so i'll stick with PB on this one

The fourth and final pheno of the four albinos, to me this bears the closest likeness to the applegate pheno, but of course its not 100% an applegate, genetically its close to 25% aplegate.
