It is not a pure Florida kingsnake or "brooksi".

That is a Aplachicoloa king or a mixture of a Apalachicola x Florida (goin/meansi x floridana).

It is hard to tell from the closeup pic if it is a pure Aplachicola or a mix of Florida into the Apalachicola.

EIther way it is a nice snake.. but the answer to you question it is not a brooks king and is not a high red brooks.

the below pic has nothing much to do with your snake. So don't let it confuse and ignore it.. I just like posting pics once in a while .
