Yes he is definite het for axanthic and hypo.. which means you can breed him to a Jelly from that line or a alabaster or anything with Peanut butter, Jelly and T neg to make the triple homos.

He has changed a lit since he was a baby and like Zenny said he is a T neg.. The lighting in the house is not great to take pics though.. best to take pics outside on an overcast day or shade to see the true colors.

The other snake you posted on a thread below is a true hybino (t negaite x hypo) and looks quite a but different. That on is solid white with yellow bands. I think when Zennty refers to a hypo he means peanut butter x t neg and that would be a jelly..

The snake you just posted in this thread did look Jelly as a baby but as I told you i was not sure if it was a jelly or a t neg..it was different as a baby. As you know the snake changed and the eyes also had more pigment before.

Here is another that had me confused for a while.. Maybe Zenny would like to guess what this one is:
