Crystals in urine

My Shih Tzu is 10 years old and a urine test showed crystals and bacteria. She is on Simplicef.



She eats Natural Balance Venison canned and dry food. I was wondering if she should only eat fresh Lamb now. I just worry about the calcium amount. She can't have beef or chicken. Just salmon, lamb and venison, no grain.



We will have a follow up in 10 days to see if the crystals are gone. She is 10 years old and doing great. I hope the blood testing will show she is fine with her kidneys etc. I will know this week.
