Do you have an inclosure to keep him warm or dry? If you really want an outside cat try looking into rescue groups that have cats that they aren't able to place inside a home due to behavior issues. I know there are a lot of places that have barn cats that need homes. I would look for a cat that is around a year old. Make sure the cat is spayed or neutered.
