Yes, do get to the vet. Thru the years, clear or bile vomit in my boys has been tied into urinary tract infection, blocked stools, etc... Any number of things can cause this and need to be checked soon as many are treatable... Vomiting can also mean more serious things... It is hard to tell without a vet visit. Please do so soon as it may very well be treatable but can turn serious fast...
