He sits there and licks himself like cats normally clean themselves and when i come, he looks up at me with his leg still up and his little willy is poking out. Him and his brother are only kittens and they're not sexually active yet. They've been to the vet for their jabs and vaccinations but they're not old enough to be neutered yet(I think thats wot its called, You know when they get catsrated.)They are 4 months and 3 days old. please tell me whats going on and how i can reduce the amount he does it.
