First thing I would suggest is bringing the kitten to the vet to be checked for a urinary problem. He may have gotten a UTI from the stress of going to a new place with another cat. Once a medical reason is ruled out, you can deal with the problem further. Second, I would keep the kitten in one small room, away from your other cat for awhile with his food, litter and toys until he is consistently going in the box. You need to introduce themslowly or you will be causing undue stress on both of them.
You also need to thoroughly clean the areas your kitten has peed with an enzyme cleaner such as Nature's Miracle to get rid of any residual odor that you can'tr smell but that your cats can.
