The only time cats will mate (regardless of bloodlines) is when they are sexually mature enough to so do. You need to get them spayed and neutered at the earliest time suggested by your vet. This will avoid the entire situation and both kits will grow up happy as brothe rand sister. Usually cats do not "hump" just to do so, like dogs to...
